Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The welcoming staff made my stay enjoyable! The location was perfect, just steps from the tube and a lovely pub atmosphere.
Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with maintenance issues and noise from the bar area disrupting our rest.

missingWrote a review on Sept 19spacious roomgreat locationpoor communication
Had an awesome group trip with friends! We explored the nearby parks and visited a cool local pub. The room we stayed in was spacious, and the location made it easy to get around. Just a heads-up, try to arrive before 9:30 am on the weekend! I'd recommend staying here.
We experienced a bit of chaos when the fire alarm went off early in the morning with no clear instructions from staff. It was a bit unsettling waiting outside without info.

the suite was really spacious and the bed was super comfy. the staff were all friendly and made us feel at home. we loved being just above a pub, it made it so easy to grab a drink. location was perfect, just a short walk from paddington and close to the tube. totally felt like we had all the privacy we wanted!
the room could use a bit more attention, like fresh paint and fixing some small things. the breakfast could have had a better selection too.

Staying here with my four little ones was quite the adventure! The unique decor and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Plus, being close to Little Venice meant we could easily explore the lovely canals, and the flexible late check-out was a lifesaver.
In my wife’s opinion, the stairs were quite tough for young kids. A family-friendly ramp would be great.

Charming stay with character
We had a lovely time during our weekend wedding celebration. The rooms were comfy, and the vibe was super cozy. The staff was really patient with our wedding stuff, which helped a ton. Wish the management was as good, though, since I’m still sorting out a double charge. The bar area was a nice touch too!
